EPW - Unsigned French, cylinder with digital display for jump hours, 52mm, very thin with 9.7mm front-to-rear thickness with crystal included, 18K gold (tested) OF original case, gold cuvette bearing attributes, engine turned silver dial with aperture for jump hours at upper perimeter, KWKS (key not included with this lot), 6J (the numeric inconsistency with the "Quatre Trous en Rubis" marking, which is French for "Four Ruby Holes," of cuvette is due to the convention of this era of not including cap jeweling in the total jewel count), gilt mvt, no visible s#. Gross weight of assembled watch 50.0 dwt (77.7 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, good jump hour function, fair cosmetic mvt condition overall, escape wheel bridge with fine scratch striations throughout from filing, area of abrasion to barrel bridge in area between winding ratchet and right side screw, plates with scattered fine to micro-fine scratches, setting arbor escutcheon is missing; excellent dial with few mild contact marks; excellent hands with some mild bits of oxide; case shows light wear, short scratch type depression at upper center of rear, reduced engine turning detail with some full loss at rear shoulder; tight bow; good thick glass crystal.
